Documents & Payment
If you are in London, our driver will supply all of the required documentation and will collect payment from you. We accept most forms of payment except C.O.D. please note that cheques require clearance (up to 10 days) before we are able to forward your consignment.
If you are outside the M25 we will post to you any documents you need to fill in before the goods are collected. These documents and your payment should be sent to us by mail, fax or e-mail. Please do not give these to the courier companies driver.
Below are downloadable copies of the documentation we will supply you with. You are welcome to download and complete these documents prior to booking your delivery/collection.
We also require a photocopy of the ID page of your passport for all shipments. Depending on the service required, and regulations at destination, we may also require a photocopy of your entry/exit visa(s), and/or all pages of your passport. In most Countries you will be required to complete additional documentation at destination prior to receiving your consignment.
